These terms apply when you use crisprince.com, run by Prince Capital Solutions LLC ("we," "us"), doing business as Cris Prince, Prince Capital and SITE LAB. By using the site or sending us a form, you agree to them.

Business funding

• Funding options are for businesses, for business purposes. Home equity lines of credit are arranged through a licensed mortgage broker partner.
• We may act as a broker and connect you with funding partners. We may be paid by those partners when your funding closes.
• Sending an application is not an offer or a commitment to fund. All funding is subject to approval. Amounts, rates, costs, terms and speed depend on your business and the funding partner, and you'll see the actual terms in writing before you sign anything.
• Revenue-based funding is the purchase of future receivables, not a loan.
• Nothing on this site is legal, tax or financial advice.

Hospitality Program

The restaurant program is offered by a third-party partner on its own terms. Eligibility, amounts and repayment are set by that partner. Results shown on the site are the partner's published results and are not a promise of what any business will get.

SITE LAB websites

The free site preview is free and doesn't obligate you to buy. If you choose to move forward, the price, what's included and the launch timeline are agreed in writing first. The "2–5 days" timeline starts once we have your content (logo, photos, services).

Referral partners

Referral fees are paid only on deals that close, under a separate written agreement. Partners must tell people they may earn a fee, must not spam, and must not promise approval, rates or terms.

Calls, texts and email

By sending a form, you agree we may contact you by phone and email about your request. We'll text you only if you checked the box to receive texts. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. See our Privacy Policy.

Using the site

• Give accurate information. Don't upload anything you don't have the right to share.
• Don't misuse the site, try to break into it, or scrape it.
• Content on this site belongs to us. Photos are for illustration.

Limits

The site is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it. Florida law governs these terms.
